These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Precon Desk, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan (NTN 4210154992529) ("Precon Desk", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, making a payment or using our services, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

1. Services

Precon Desk provides remote preconstruction and project coordination services, including quantity takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, quote procurement, permit coordination support, AutoCAD drafting and 3D renders. All services are delivered digitally. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices are quoted per project in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as stated in the quote. A quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.

3. Payment

Payment is made through a secure online payment link issued by Precon Desk, or by bank transfer. Unless agreed otherwise, payment (or an agreed advance) is due before work starts. Card payments are processed by our payment partner; Precon Desk does not see or store your full card details.

4. Client responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate drawings, information and timely feedback. Delays in information may extend delivery dates.

5. Delivery and revisions

Deliverables are sent by email or file-sharing link by the agreed date. Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the quote. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

6. Nature of deliverables

Estimates, budgets and schedules are professional opinions based on the information provided and market conditions at the time. They are not guarantees of final construction cost or timelines. Precon Desk does not provide stamped or sealed engineering or architectural drawings; final approval of designs and permits remains the responsibility of the Client and its licensed professionals.

7. Confidentiality and ownership

We keep Client project information confidential. Upon full payment, the Client may use the deliverables for its project. Precon Desk may retain copies for its records.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precon Desk's total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that project.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved in good faith by discussion.
